The problem with web browsers....

The other day I was trying to cancel my subscription for satellite tv. I decided to go to their website after waiting for over three minutes on the telephone.

When I filled in the form, an error appeared "please fill in all the fields". I tried again and the same error appeared. I decided to use a different web browser. I noticed that there were extra fields on the form that were not displayed in the other browser.

I wonder if that is a deliberate tactic to try and stop people cancelling their subscriptions?
